I love your van! I just want to say... Have you thought of installing a 27" IPS 1440p computer monitor and using it in tandem with a cheap $50 de-googled Chromebook with upgraded internal storage running Fedora Linux with Kodi media center and kodi remote on your phone, mirroring the fedora desktop to the monitor through HDMI?
(Hint, it requires removing the write protect screw!)
