That one night was so amazing and full of new experiences that I will never forget it. Usually, I'm the one working in the background to make things happen like with sound or planning. But that night everything was different for me.

Tonight, I was not just a face in the crowd I am actually one of the crowd or at least a part of the dazzling center of it all. It was my graduation ball and with it came a tidal wave of new experiences each one more exhilarating than the last.

Wearing a suit for the very first time felt like a big deal.It was a special suit that someone carefully picked out. Putting it on felt different but also made me feel stronger. It wasn't just clothes it showed that I was starting something new. When I looked in the mirror, I almost didn't recognize myself without my usual casual clothes. The suit made me look grown-up and a little bit nervous about this new part of my life.

Putting on my shoes and fixing my hair made me even more excited. Everyone felt the same way a mix of nerves and excitement. We were all getting ready for something important and tonight felt like the calm before it all started. We were about to become something new.

Then came the moment. The red carpet. Just thinking about the red carpet made me picture fancy movie events which are nothing like my normal life. But then, there it was a soft, red carpet leading to the gymnasium with people waiting on both sides. My heart started beating fast. This was the moment I, who usually stays out of sight was going to be seen by everyone.

Walking felt like a dream. I could hear people talking quietly and see cameras flashing (probably just parents!). It felt weird but exciting to have people looking at me. Usually, I make sure other people get attention. But tonight it was my turn and my classmates' too to be celebrated. Walking felt a little scary but also made me feel proud of everything we had done together.

The big party room looked amazing with everyone dressed up. You could feel how excited and proud everyone was to be there like it was going to be a really special night.

Then, Ms. Lor started talking. Her voice which is usually strong when she teaches was warm and kind. She said encouraging things about the past and hopes for what's next. As she spoke I felt really emotional. It wasn't just her words but also it was realizing that we actually did it. We finished ☺️

And then came another first. I danced 😁. I'm not a great dancer usually I'm around basketball, computers and music stuff. But that night was special because I got to walk one of my lovely classmates onto the dance floor. Seeing her look so pretty and happy in her dress made me feel less nervous.

playing softly we began to dance a slow waltz and it felt surprisingly easy. We weren't focused on dancing perfectly but just enjoying being together and celebrating. Looking at everyone else dancing and laughing under the lights it was beautiful to see how close we had all become by going through good and bad times together.

The rest of the night was filled with happy FIRSTS and doing things together. We had good talks with our teachers who helped us, laughed with our classmates who were like family and felt happy that we all made it this far. Every chat, every smile and every memory we made that night felt special.

Later in the evening, after the serious stuff was over things got more fun.The music became livelier, the lights flashed and everyone started dancing and having a great time without worrying about being proper. It was the first time I really let myself relax and just enjoy the party.

Being with my classmates and teachers who supported us, the night felt really exciting. I danced so much my feet hurt and sang loudly until my voice was rough. Everyone was sweating and laughing and in that moment I didn't care about anything else. I stopped worrying about what might happen or thinking about the past.I was just really happy in that moment.

Looking around at the faces of my friends their eyes shining with happiness I felt an overwhelming sense of gratitude. This night, this incredible, unforgettable night was a proof to our collective journey a celebration of our resilience and a promise of the bright futures that lay ahead. It was a night filled with firsts yes but more importantly it was a night filled with genuine happiness the kind that warms you from the inside out and leaves an indelible mark on your soul.

And as the last song faded and the lights came up casting a warm glow on tired but happy faces I knew this was more than just a graduation ball. It was a turning point,a stepping stone into a new chapter and a collection of my first experiences that I would cherish forever. It was the night I stepped out of the shadows and into the spotlight surrounded by the people who made the journey worthwhile. It was a night of firsts yes, but most importantly it was a night that where we truly celebrated us.
