create a new account for the purpose of receiving such investment resources from our community, which I'd probably check weekly, to collect and allocate any received assets in my once-weekly thorough asset management for the We Are Alive Tribe.

If I may ask, it means that individual community members can donate or transfer if wish, tokens to the propose account?

As for the accroym WAATSIWF, I would suggest inviting a small 'e' from the Wealth to now be 'WAATSIWeF,' a suggestion though.
