Weeks ago, I had a supply contract to deliver timber to an expandable hall in Ikom, Cross River State, Nigeria. I had to travel from my place of residence in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State to Ikom via the Akwa Ibom Transport Company Nig. Limited (AKTC). The two states shares boundary together.

Looking from the angle of infrastructural development in the transport sector, I had to compare what I saw in the transportation loading park from the two state. I understand that the park at Uyo is a central park, but then the one at Ikom had nothing to write home about in all ramification.

The irony of it is that, commuters make use of these parks on a daily basis, so one would have expect the situation of the Ikom park to be at least close to 50% in infrastructure.

At any rate, I went and had my timber delivered of which the gist for #lifestyle and #business experience is for another day.
