My Actifit Report Card: May 31 2026 || IAmAliveAndThriving Sunday
Greetings to you all dear actifitters and happy weekend to you all. What a glorious Sunday today is.
Today was another remarkable day, which I was able to engage in some activities, drawing water for the house, caring for my kids, shopping, talking a health walk to care for my humble self because I have to take care of the mind and hearts that caries the body otherwise fiction will set in, and when I break down, engaging in Actifit fitness walk will be impossible.
As a Sunday the day is a worship day to praise God and fellowship with our brethren. So I engage in preparation from the morning hour to care for my family members.
Then I made my way to the hall and the meeting reminds us of protecting ourselves against Satan's crafty act. We were equally reminded of the need to show insight and look beyond the obvious when issues arises. Some Bible character who shows insight such as David and Abigail, Naaman and Jonah were use as case study.
After the meeting worship, song and prayer, some of us stood for photograph
At the end of it all, I was able to record over 6,100 step and I hereby report same in my Actifit Report Card.
