My Actifit Report Card: January 29 2026 ||IAmAliveAndThriving

Greetings dear actifitters and alivers on the hive blockchain, great to have you all onboard the actifit fitness community.

Since I understand the benefits of burning down calories in the body I decided to take a walk and engage in physical fitness activities.

One of this physical exercises is walking from Ikot Ekwere Itam to Urua Ekpa by Idakokpo where the meeting hall construction is ongoing.

On getting to the construction site, I join other three, two make and one female volunteer to break the existing tiles floor using the heavy harmar. This was actually the part allocated to us.

We git and break and then use shovel to peal out the tiles so as to give way to the new filling.

Though this aspect is energy sapping but it worth it because it helps me to sweat out and burn down calories thereby improving my blood circulation.

Because of the sweat that might cause dehydration, water is provided for us to drink so as to replenish the lost ones.

At the end of the day's work I walk back home again and this fitness health walk help me to record over 7000 steps.

On getting home I feel tired and quickly move to the bathroom and have a cool bath.

The over 7000 steps helped me to burn down calories and I hereby report same in my Actifit Report Card.
