My Actifit Report Card: February 15 2024

Greetings to you all dear actifitters and alivers, great to have you and know that you are there on board.

My actifit fitness walk today Thursday took me from home to Itu road and then to church road and to Ikpa road to the office and finally back to Ikot Ekwere Itam.

To day activities for me have been hectic one at that, attending to some of my clients in the office

Since I did not walk much, I was able to record above 2000 steps.
