My Actifit Report Card: January 24 2024

Greetings to you all dear actifitters, it's my pleasure coming your way this hour.

Today is another great day in the making. I had enjoyed walking in the field ministry today.

My actifit fitness walk today took through Ikot Ekwere Itam to church road and proceeded to Ikpa road where I met with others. Because of how busy I was, I did not even remember to take some shot.

But at least I took one shot of Ikpa road.

I successfully make over 5600 steps to keep fit and healthy.
