My Actifit Report Card: January 7 2024 || Alive And Thriving
Good evening to you all dear actifitters, how has your day been, hope you are doing well. For me, I am just returning from attending an assembly.
My actifit fitness walk today took me from Ikot Ekwere to Mbiokporo, the venue for the assembly. I commence my movement since 7.45am since the program was slated to commence by 9.00am. For me, I volunteered to work on traffic control and park attendance, which means I have to be on ground before the delegates begins to arrive.
Though the work is tiring but I do it with joy since I am serving the interest of my fellow Christian brothers and sisters.
The program commencement was at the dot of the time as over 2800 delegates were already seated. There were different Bible based talks, symposium, interviews and other spiritual edification activities which home the point on the theme: "Enter Into God's Rest."
The environment looks serene and beautiful and everyone is well behave. Many long time lost friends were seen and friendships reunion takes place. The noon break provides opportunity to share meals together and exchange pleasantries.
As time allows me, I took few clips of pictures as I share with you.

The occasion increase my walking steps as I go up and down, hence I make over 10300 steps.
At the close of the program, it appears it should not end since all in attendance really enjoy the spiritual program.
I have so far returned home to compound this actifit fitness record. I remain alive and thriving.
