My Actifit Report Card: December 31 2023
Good evening dear actifitter and alivers. G to come your way again this new year eve. Hope you are all cool and and enjoying the period.
My actifit fitness walk today took is awesome, adventurous and healthy. Permit me to share a bit with you.
My intention was to remain indoor till 11.am before I leaving for the service, but two friends shows up with the intention of checking on another friend of ours who was suppose to arrange for the sit out we will be having later in the day. So we move there together and met the wife who told us that he went down the stream to see the vegetables farm he is cultivating. And down the stream road we move, luckily we found him. Climbing down and descending down the hills and overlooking the environment seems adventurous. Unfortunately I did not go with my phone to have take the pictures all the way.
We waited for him to finish watering the vegetables and after that I join him to have a cool bath in the stream, in fact it has been a very long time I had such a feeling and experience of swimming in the water. What an unplanned experience!
After the bath, it is now time to return back, and climbing up the hills becomes another breath taking experience as I was breathing with my mouth. What a wonderful hiking experience! It was at this point that I exclaimed - how wish I came with my phone! Then the second friend, Itoro by name said that he is with his phone, and I ask if he could take some shot and later transfer them to me which he agreed. So here are some of the pictures :
The walk and hiking is a good way to burn calories and increase my stamina as well improve my breathing not to mention the mental alartness that I experienced.
It was fun and adventurous. I have succeeded in making over 8000 steps.
Do have a blissful night rest and wonderful cross over to the new year. Hope to come your way again, see you in the new year.
