My Actifit Report Card: November 30 2023
Shalom dear actifitters, great to come your way again today.
The past two days have been a talk of war connecting and performing activities online here in my area due to poor network experience, it was so frustrating and annoying. But today it is a bit better since it occasionally on and off, at least giving me the opportunity to upload my report after some trial.
My health fit walk today involves daily routine home activity, walking, Stair climbing and moving around the office.
I have stroll through the busy Uyo plaza heading to Willington Bassey way and back to the office.
The yuletide spirit is gaining momentum as sellers are busy stocking items for sale. Though vehicular activities seem to be somewhat reduced due to the high price of fuel. That not withstanding, pedestrian movement is in top gear as people what to same their hard earn money for other things since transportation cost has double.
So far, I have done over 10320 steps to keep physical and mentally fit to remain aliveandthriving.
