STAGES OF COOKING PROCESSING

This The fish that I bought earlier were 2 fish at a price of Rp. 35,000.

1. Milkfish
2. Lime
3. Salt
4. Sugar 4 tablespoons.
5. Shallots 15 pieces
6. Shallots 3
7. pieces Garlic 2
8. Edible oil
9. Ginger 1 cm
   10.Tomato 1 fruit

Step 1

When the fish that has been cleaned is cut into small pieces, then I add salt and lime, then mix everything well.Then let stand 1 minute.

Heat the oil, then add the chopped shallots, fry until red, then add the ground spices

After the spices are cooked, then add the fried milkfish earlier, stir until evenly distributed, let stand for about 1 minute over low heat, and serve.
