A simple dish of spicy fried hun noodles mixed with mustard greens and eggs
Good afternoon everyone...
This afternoon My husband Ask to be made something , he hasn't eaten rice for several days, he only eats side dishes, he said it's for Diet We'll see how long my husband will last, hehhehe
Actually, it's not a fancy food, just making spicy fried corn noodles, that's my husband's request, I immediately looked at what we could mix to prepare this.
I will make hun noodles with mustard greens and eggs, for the recipe and steps I made this if my friends are curious, let's continue reading my blog until the end ☺️.
- 3 sticks of hun noodles (corn noodles)
- 1 bunch of mustard greens
- 1 egg
- 1 ounce of bean sprouts
- 1 stalk of spring onion
- 2 stalks of celery
- sweet soy sauce to taste
- salty soy sauce to taste
GROUND SPICES
- 5 red chilies
- 5 curly red chilies
- 4 cloves of red onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 10 bird's eye chilies
- 2 candlenuts
- 1 tomato
- pepper to taste
- water Enough
First start Soak the corn noodles in plain water until they are completely soaked, then wait until the noodles are soft for about 5 minutes, then set aside and discard the soaking water.
After setting it aside, put it in a box and add sweet soy sauce and salty soy sauce to taste as desired, and let it sit until it is absorbed into the corn noodle soup.
Then blend the spices until everything is smooth.
Once the spices have been ground, heat the oil and cook the spices until they smell fragrant and no longer smell raw.Add salt and pepper seasoning according to the contents,Then we add the mustard greens, eggs and spring onions, and stir again until evenly mixed, then we add enough water to cook the vegetables.
Once the vegetables look wilted and the water has reduced, add the corn noodles and stir until everything is evenly mixed, and check if you need to add anything.
And the dish is ready and enjoy it for your husband, hopefully it suits my husband's taste.
For those of you who like this dish and this test pack, it is a must try.I'm sure this won't disappoint you for the taste.
Good luck and see you next time....
Looks delicious
