Over there in that circuit you’ll see national team athletes racing, the ones who travel and return with top-quality bikes. And then there are others who just have plenty of cash and buy them locally from importers. There aren’t any brand shops here, no specialist stores… just the same people bringing stuff in and selling it on the black market.
Others might have licences to sell—maybe because they set up shops or workshops—but I’m not really clear on how all that works.
