Friendship. / Monomad Challenge [Eng/Esp]

Hello family, how are you? Today I'm back with the third part of these stories. Will it be the last?!? I don't think so.

Rafael is 53 years old, born in Santi Spiritus, and has lived in Havana for 14 years. He has had cataracts developing in his right eye for four months. Despite not being able to seek medical care due to a lack of address in Havana, Rafael claims to be unafraid of this lifestyle, where he doesn't depend on any family members.

However, Rafael is not alone. When he arrived in Havana, he met Carlos, a 66-year-old man from Villa Clara, who has lived in Havana for 25 years. Carlos lives on the streets because he doesn't want to change his address, as he would lose his provincial home where his son lives, who visits him every five years. Carlos was a professor and head of department until overwork and stress led him to alcoholism. He was able to successfully recover, but over time, he and his wife relapsed, who also suffer from psychological problems.

"It's difficult to have a wife with schizophrenia," he says.
"One moment she's happy, the next she's laughing, and the next she's crying with rage."

Despite the confusing whirlwind of difficulties in both of their lives, they now stand by each other. Could it be that their survival lies at the foundation of their friendship? Or that their friendship lies at the foundation of their survival?

As you've seen, these three stories have something in common: a friendship composed of two hearts on the same scale, balancing two stories, in a time when nature prays for love, for peace, and for a break from the banality of everyday life.

Hola familia como están, en el día de hoy vengo con la tercera parte de estas historias, ¡¿será la última?!?… No lo creo.

Rafael tiene 53 años, nacido en Santi Spiritus, vive en la habana desde hace 14 años, lleva 4 meses con cataratas desarrollándose en su ojo derecho. A pesar de no poder atenderse a falta de dirección en La Capital, Rafael afirma no tener miedo de ese modo de vida, donde no depende de ningún familiar.

Sin embargo, Rafael no está solo. Cuando llego a la Habana conoció a Carlos, un hombre de 66 años, natural de Villa clara, quien vive en La capital desde hace 25 años. Carlos vive en la calle porque no quiere hacer el cambio de dirección pues perdería su casa de provincia donde vive su hijo, quien lo visita cada 5 años. Carlos fue profesor y jefe de catedra hasta que el exceso de trabajo y estrés lo llevaron al alcoholismo. Pudo salir exitosamente, pero al paso del tiempo recayó junto con su esposa quien además padece de problemas psicológicos.

A pesar del confuso remolino de dificultades en las vidas de ambos, ahora se acompañan uno al otro. ¿será que en su supervivencia yace la base de su amistad? ¿o que en su amistad yace la base de su supervivencia?
Como han visto estas tres historias tienen algo en común la amistad compuesta por dos corazones en la misma balanza que equilibra dos historias, en una época donde la naturaleza ruega por amor, por paz y por la ruptura de la banalidad diaria.
