Visiting Bonsai Bar [Spn/Eng]

Feliz inicio del mes de Julio para todos. Es la primera vez que escribo en esta comunidad, espero seguir haciéndolo seguido.
Hace unos días estuve visitando en el restaurante de Bonsái Bar que es de sushi y está ubicado en el centro comercial Sambil. Se puede acceder a él por la entrada “playa elyaque” a mano derecha, luego de los peces, y también por la parte externa del Sambil.

Este día salimos a comer mi hermano y mi papá, ya que mi mamá se encontraba de viaje para esos días.
Como dice el dicho: que cuando el gato sale los ratones hacen fiesta y preparamos pocas veces comida en casa, entonces aprovechamos de comer en la calle.
A pesar de que tiene un buen tiempo ya en este centro comercial no habíamos entrado nunca, les cuento que mi hermano y yo somos fans de esta comida y siempre frecuentamos la otra sucursal que se encuentra en el centro comercial la Vela, así que nos pareció buena idea comer ahí.

El restaurante tiene una estética muy linda y reservada con mesas y sillas cómodas. Algunas mesas tienen una división de madera entre ellas, lo que las hace una especie de cubículos. Aunque su iluminación es poca, a diferencia de otros restaurantes, es bastante cálido el ambiente.

Después de leer el menú y revisar muy bien toda la lista nos decidimos a pedir, en mi caso opté por unos llamados “Tokyo Roll” de tempura empanizado con cereal, también contiene camarones empanizados, queso crema, aguacate, cebollín con tope de camarones empanizados, acompañados de las salsas: spicy, fuji, que estaban demasiado ricos y dulces.
Mi hermano optó por unos llamados “Avocado Roll” de aguacate con cangrejo empanizado también tiene camarón temporizado, queso crema, cebollín, y una sala con un toque de picante, mi papá, en cambio, pidió unos llamados “Rock & Roll” de Empanizado, cangrejo empanizado, pescado blanco empanizado, queso crema, cebollin con tope de cangrejo desmenuzado, mayonesa, masago y salsa de anguila. Acompañados con las bebidas para todos el muy conocido nestea.

En esta ocasión estuvimos hablando y compartiendo de nuestro día entre risas por un rato largo mientras intercambiábamos los platos entre nosotros para probar los rolls de los demás y comparar entre todos cuál era el mejor, luego de hacer eso llegamos a la conclusión que los de mi hermano eran los más ricos, los míos los más dulces y los de mi papá los que tenían el mejor topping aunque estaban un poco salados.

Happy start of the week and last day of June to all.
It is the first time I write in this community, I hope to continue doing it often. A few days ago I was visiting the Bonsai Bar restaurant which is sushi and is located in the Sambil shopping center.

You can access it through the entrance “playa elyaque” on the right hand side, after the fish, and also from the outside of the Sambil. This day my brother and my dad went out to eat, since my mom was traveling for those days. As the saying goes: when the cat goes out the mice have a party and we rarely prepare food at home, so we took the opportunity to eat in the street. Although it has been in this mall for a long time, we had never been there before, but my brother and I are fans of this food and we always frequent the other branch located in the La Vela mall, so we thought it was a good idea to eat there.

The restaurant has a very nice and reserved aesthetic with comfortable tables and chairs. Some tables have a wooden partition between them, which makes them a kind of cubicle. Although the lighting is dim, unlike other restaurants, the atmosphere is quite warm.

After reading the menu and reviewing the list we decided to order, in my case I opted for a “Tokyo Roll” of breaded tempura with cereal, also containing breaded shrimp, cream cheese, avocado, scallion with breaded shrimp topping, accompanied by sauces: spicy, fuji, which were too rich and sweet. My brother opted for some called “Avocado Roll” of avocado with breaded crab also has timed shrimp, cream cheese, scallion, and a room with a touch of spicy, my dad, on the other hand, ordered some called “Rock & Roll” of Empanizado, breaded crab, breaded white fish, cream cheese, scallion topped with shredded crab, mayonnaise, masago and eel sauce. Accompanied with drinks for all the well known nestea.

On this occasion we were talking and sharing our day with laughter for a long time while we were exchanging plates among us to try each other's rolls and compare between all of us which was the best, after doing that we concluded that my brother's were the richest, mine were the sweetest and my dad's had the best topping although they were a little salty.
