Good evening, blog friends, here I am again, taking you on a trip of mine. This time, my destination is Montecatini, a city I've already mentioned several times. Today, starting from the road leading to the city, I decided to photograph it from multiple perspectives. The road leading to Montecatini is very beautiful and passes through Serravalle, which I've already mentioned several times because it's a road I've traveled to visit several towns, being one of the main provincial roads with various branches and directions. To get to Montecatini, you first pass through Ponte Lungo and Spazzavento, charming villages made up of colorful houses all the same height located on the main road. These small villages have a special charm. There are still various artisanal businesses along the way, and these villages are interspersed with small village churches and one of the oldest villas in Pistoia, Villa Forteguerri, which I've mentioned in previous posts. It's a beautiful villa, perfect for photography, surrounded by a large, well-kept garden. But the villages are also beautiful to photograph. I think the row of colorful houses is really charming and harks back to the true tradition of roadside villages.

Hoy, partiendo de la carretera que lleva a la ciudad, decidí fotografiarla desde múltiples perspectivas. La carretera que lleva a Montecatini es preciosa y pasa por Serravalle, que ya he mencionado varias veces porque es una carretera que he recorrido para visitar varios pueblos, siendo una de las principales carreteras provinciales con varios ramales y direcciones. Para llegar a Montecatini, primero se pasa por Ponte Lungo y Spazzavento, encantadores pueblos con casas coloridas, todas de la misma altura, ubicadas en la carretera principal. Estos pequeños pueblos tienen un encanto especial. Todavía hay varios negocios artesanales por el camino, y estos pueblos se intercalan con pequeñas iglesias y una de las villas más antiguas de Pistoia, Villa Forteguerri, que ya he mencionado en entradas anteriores. Es una hermosa villa, perfecta para la fotografía, rodeada de un amplio y cuidado jardín. Pero los pueblos también son preciosos para fotografiar. The road then continues towards Serravalle, with its beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and hills and the valley that extends to the Nievole Valley. This road passes through all the valley villages and also leads to various towns and cities nestled between the mountains and hills. To get to Montecatini, however, we also pass through a more residential area with charming and quite expensive villas. I know the price because we've been looking for a house in these areas for a long time, which are well-connected, but the prices along this road are very high. If all goes well, we'll move to the city in the new year, and Montecatini will become our hometown. It will be a life change for those of us accustomed to living in the hills or mountains. In any case, these are very beautiful and charming areas, and even the residential area is very pretty to look at, with so many gorgeous villas! It's a road with beautiful views of the valley and villages, and in the next post I'll take you to Montecatini, near the center, an area I visited a few years ago but which I've now had the pleasure of revisiting and which I hope I'll enjoy moving there!

La carretera continúa hacia Serravalle, con sus hermosas vistas de las montañas y colinas circundantes y del valle que se extiende hasta el Valle de Nievole. Esta carretera atraviesa todos los pueblos del valle y también conduce a varias ciudades enclavadas entre las montañas y colinas. Para llegar a Montecatini, sin embargo, también pasamos por una zona residencial con villas encantadoras y bastante caras. Conozco el precio porque llevamos mucho tiempo buscando una casa en estas zonas, que están bien comunicadas, pero los precios a lo largo de esta carretera son muy altos. En cualquier caso, son zonas muy bonitas y encantadoras, e incluso la zona residencial es muy bonita, ¡con tantas villas preciosas! Es una carretera con preciosas vistas al valle y a los pueblos, y en el próximo post os llevaré a Montecatini, cerca del centro, una zona que visité hace unos años pero que ahora he tenido el placer de volver a visitar y que espero disfrutar mudándome allí!
