Road trip to Buggiano, Traversagna and Margine di coperta/ Viaje por carretera a Buggiano, Traversagna y Margine di coperta.

Good evening, blog friends, how are you? Here I am again to show you around. A few days ago, my husband and I went to a resort in Buggiano, which I'll obviously tell you about in my next post. To get there, we took a short tour through some small villages like Margine di Coperta and Traversagna. A lovely road leads to Buggiano, a small village with a very beautiful hilly area. This road passes through the villages of the plains of part of the Nievole Valley, which I've mentioned several times in my posts. The first village you come to is Traversagna, a small village on the road. To get there, you follow the usual, beautiful tree-lined avenues. It's a well-kept and cared for area with many beautiful, elegant and well-maintained homes. It's well-connected to many towns in the Nievole Valley, such as Vangile and Mazza e Cozzile, places I absolutely must visit sooner or later. This village is small but very popular and busy precisely because it is a passageway. You can admire beautiful streets and beautiful houses as well as various green spaces that surround this area. Then, after a short while, you reach the edge of the covered area and find one of the most frequented churches in the village.

The very modern-looking red brick church is dedicated to Saint Rita, also known as the saint of lost causes (she could be my ideal saint, perhaps I should say a few prayers to her!). We then continue our journey and find ourselves on various streets and in a village with colorful houses—if you've been following me, you'll know they're typical of this entire area—with a few shops and businesses. Then, little by little, the greenery takes over as we approach the hilly area. The houses are replaced by fields and meadows. Little by little, all the houses disappear and we begin to climb the hill. The streets here are literally surrounded only by woods and tree-lined areas, a very beautiful and somewhat wild nature, with pines, poplars, and a few scattered cypresses. In the distance, as we approach our destination, we can see the medieval village of Buggiano with its tower, which unfortunately I haven't visited but which I certainly will soon. Here we are right on the hill of Buggiano, from which you can see the valley below and enjoy the view of the beautiful nature. I'll say goodbye now, but I'll soon take you to the beautiful resort of Buggiano!
