We have a free weekend, and of course it's raining. However, even though I was waiting for spring, rain still has its charm. Rainy days have a melancholy quality that I've always enjoyed, although I prefer to enjoy the rain when I'm cooped up at home next to the stove with a good book. Anyway, today I had to run some errands in town, so I took the opportunity to take some rainy photos of my beautiful city, which I'll soon be leaving to move. But I'll probably return often if my next job interview goes well. Anyway, I took a walk in an area called Porta al Borgo, one of the areas with one of the ancient city gates that were part of the medieval city walls. It's a very beautiful part of Pistoia, with many light-colored houses and various buildings. I had fun taking photos even though half my phone and hand were getting wet!

Tenemos fin de semana libre, y claro, está lloviendo. Sin embargo, aunque estaba esperando la primavera, la lluvia todavía tiene su encanto. Los días lluviosos tienen una cualidad melancólica que siempre he disfrutado, aunque prefiero disfrutar de la lluvia cuando estoy encerrada en casa junto a la estufa con un buen libro. En fin, hoy tuve que hacer algunos recados en la ciudad, así que aproveché para tomar algunas fotos lluviosas de mi hermosa ciudad, que pronto dejaré para mudarme. En fin, di un paseo por una zona llamada Porta al Borgo, una de las zonas con una de las antiguas puertas de la ciudad que formaban parte de las murallas medievales. Es una parte muy bonita de Pistoia, con muchas casas de colores claros y varios edificios. ¡Me divertí mucho tomando fotos a pesar de que la mitad de mi teléfono y mi mano se estaban mojando!

Then, since I was quite cold and had to go to the new city because the internet technician was coming, before meeting the technician, I stopped to warm up with a nice cappuccino in a delicious café/pastry shop where I definitely have to return. The cappuccino was really nice, perfect for an Instagram photo, and the place was really cute too: a well-kept, colorful pastry shop with an outdoor area that must be really nice in the summer. I saw they also have a wide selection of cakes and teas, so as a true food lover, I absolutely have to go back! Como tenía bastante frío y tenía que ir a la nueva ciudad porque venía el técnico de internet, antes de reunirme con él, paré a calentarme con un rico capuchino en una cafetería/pastelería deliciosa a la que sin duda tengo que volver. El capuchino estaba buenísimo, perfecto para una foto de Instagram, y el lugar también era muy bonito: una pastelería colorida y bien cuidada con una terraza que debe ser estupenda en verano. Vi que también tienen una gran variedad de pasteles y tés, así que, como buena amante de la comida, ¡tengo que volver sí o sí!
