Visiting the outskirts of the historic Palacette de Loyola. | Visita a las afueras del histórico Palacette de Loyola.

Gratos saludos tengan todos mis viajeros de todas partes del mundo en este lunes inicio de semana, hoy quiero mostrarle un lugar que aunque se ha quedado en el olvido y requiere mantenimiento tiene una edificación hermosa.

Warm greetings to all my travellers from around the world on this Monday, the start of the week. Today I want to show you a place that, although it has been forgotten and requires maintenance, has a beautiful building.

Justamente en la avenida Doctor Portillo de la ciudad de Maracaibo encontraremos el Palacete de Loyola, es una majestuosa edificación antigua de estilo victoriano que posee 19 habitaciones, más de ocho metros cuadrados fue construida por un ingeniero Bélgico León Jerome Hoet, en este lugar residia el actual presidente regional Vicencio Perez Soto, pero se dice que tuvieron que impotecarla al Banco de Venezuela y fue vendida como el cede del colegio aleman en 1938, convirtiendose así durante los largos años en diversas cedes de varías instituciones, desde 1988 se encuentra abandonada pero desde ese entonces fue invadida, este lugar posee muchos cuentos historicos incluso muchos de ellos entre los vecinos pasan hacer sobrenatural.

On Doctor Portillo Avenue in the city of Maracaibo, we find the Loyola Mansion, a majestic old Victorian-style building with 19 rooms, measuring more than eight square metres. It was built by Belgian engineer Léon Jérôme Hoet, and was the residence of the current regional president, Vicencio Pérez Soto. but it is said that they had to mortgage it to the Bank of Venezuela and it was sold as the headquarters of the German school in 1938. Over the years, it became the headquarters of various institutions. It has been abandoned since 1988, but since then it has been invaded. This place has many historical stories, many of which are considered supernatural by the neighbours.

Esta joya arquitectónica quedo plasmada justamente en esa Maracibo de antaño, su estilo es victoriano combina dos estilos arquitectónicos corriente italiana y francesa, estas corrientes eran muy características de Francia en la décadas de 1920 por lo que supongo que esta fue la inspiración del ingeniero civil de la epoca la que lo llevo a inspirarse, esta edificación desde su planta baja, posee un mirador en su parte más alta que permite una vista acla ciudad de Maracaibo, un marino mercante fue el responsable luego de construir esta casa lo que era su principal atractivo el gran color blanco qu sobresalia entre otras edificaciones.

This architectural gem was built in the Maracaibo of yesteryear. Its Victorian style combines two architectural styles, Italian and French, which were very characteristic of France in the 1920s. I suppose this was the inspiration for the civil engineer of the time, who was inspired to build This building has a viewing platform at the top of its ground floor, offering a view of the city of Maracaibo. A merchant seaman was responsible for building this house, whose main attraction was its striking white colour, which stood out among the other buildings.

Este Palcette lleva su nombre de Loyola debido al Santo San Ignacio de Loyola ya que fue en 1914 fue escuela de sacerdotes Jesuitas ya que este Santo fue el fundador de la Compañía de Jesús de esa congregación sacerdotal, en 1965 fue cede de las escuelas de artes plasticas, fue declarada como patrimonio público de la gobernación pero este lugar es muy triste que en vez de ser un gran museo, es un lugar invadido por personas desde hace muchos años, el abandono del lugar es bastante notable, con la pintura que se encuentra tan deteriorada.

This Palcette is named after Loyola due to Saint Ignatius of Loyola, as it was a school for Jesuit priests in 1914, since this saint was the founder of the Society of Jesus of that priestly congregation. In 1965, it became the headquarters of the schools of plastic arts and was declared public heritage by the government. However, it is very sad that instead of being a great museum, this place has been invaded by people for many years. The neglect of the place is quite noticeable, with the paintwork in such a state of disrepair.

Tomando fotografías de este palacette en el cual no pude ingresar pero si comtemple cada uno de sus detalles, posee diversas ventanales que estos se abren, posee puerta semicircular, posee cuatro bases largas en altura de diversos metros, esta posee una terraza de mirador en lo que poseía en su parte superior unas rejillas con detalles, los detalles que posee son de palacio real y esto es lo que lo hace una tremenda joya arquitectónica cargada de gran historia.

Taking photographs of this palacette, which I was unable to enter but could admire every detail of, it has several windows that open, a semicircular door, four long bases several metres high, it has a viewing terrace with detailed grilles at the top, the details are those of a royal palace and this is what makes it a tremendous architectural gem steeped in history.

Por último, se dicen de este lugar que aparte de la historia que albarga también esconde grandes misterios ya que muchos de sus vecinos dicen que en este lugar espantan y aparecen entidades, las personas que ahí viven dicen que en la noche se escuchan escuchan muchas voces que asustan y espantan, esto debe ser por todas las personas que han vivido en lugar en el paso de la historia.

Finally, it is said that apart from its history, this place also hides great mysteries, as many of its residents claim that entities appear and haunt the area. The people who live there say that at night they hear many voices that frighten and terrify them, which must be due to all the people who have lived there throughout history.
