Visiting San Francisco Square. | Visita a la plaza de San Francisco.

A warm greeting to all my dear friends in this lovely lifestyle community; it’s a pleasure for me to say hello to you all this Wednesday.

Sigo recorriendo los lugares del municipio San Francisco el municipio, más joven del estado Zulia y también de Venezuela es el lugar en donde vivo desde que nací a pesar de que no nací en este municipio soy de este lugar porque aquí he vivido toda mi vida, tomé un carrito de la barbatización San Francisco y me dirigí a tomar fotografía y a la plaza San Francisco y así dónde está este santo por el cual lleva el nombre de nuestro municipio él es nuestro santo patrón particularmente es uno de los modelos de santidad bastante impresionante, por su vida de amor, entrega servicio, su amor profundo por la pobreza y toda la creación de Dios.

I’m still exploring the different parts of the municipality of San Francisco the youngest municipality in the state of Zulia and indeed in Venezuela. It’s the place where I’ve lived since I was born; although I wasn’t actually born here, I’m from this place because I’ve lived here all my life. I took a minibus from the San Francisco market and headed off to take some photographs at San Francisco Square, where the saint after whom our municipality is named is located. He is our patron saint and, in particular, a truly impressive model of holiness, thanks to his life of love, dedication and service, and his deep love for the poor and all of God’s creation.

Justamente es una esquina de la plaza podemos ver la imagen en bronce de San Francisco y así rodeado por muchas flores trinitarias, él está situado en una jardinera redondeada aquí ver más vida, decidieron colocarle así a nuestro municipio por este santo que tenía la habilidad de comunicarse con cada uno de los animales, él decía que los animales eran sus amigos y qué bonito que de manera especial nuestro municipio pueda tener este nombre, el lugar se encuentra en muy bien estado, tiene excelente mantenimiento que no es tan común en este lugar.

Right on one corner of the square, we can see the bronze statue of Saint Francis, surrounded by many trinitaria flowers; he stands in a rounded planter where there is more life; they decided to name our town after this saint because he had the ability to communicate with every kind of animal. He used to say that animals were his friends, and how lovely it is that our town has been given this name in such a special way. The site is in very good condition and is excellently maintained, which is not all that common in this area.

El espacio tiene varios cúpulas coloridas, qué te lo que hace hacer que le da por eso un diseño especial al lugar también hay un parque donde los niños pueden recrearse se llaman divertirse así como también juegos plasmados en el piso para que ellos puedan recrearse, sin duda alguna es un buen espacio y está ubicado en una importante zona de comercio así como también en un lugar donde rápidamente fluye el tráfico rodeado de todos los apartamentos de la urbanización simplemente un buen espacio.

The space features several colourful domes, which give the place its unique design. There is also a park where children can play and have fun, as well as games painted on the ground for them to enjoy. It is undoubtedly a lovely space, situated in a major shopping area and in a location with heavy traffic flow, surrounded by all the flats in the housing estate simply a lovely space.

Por último el paseo fue bastante productivo pude visitar muchos lugares y duré mucho rato caminando para poder tomar fotos, así conocer también la historia de cada persona o lugar ya que eso forma parte importante de lo que somos y a donde vamos, me gusto mucho venir hasta esta plaza de San Francisco de Asís y ver su escultura que esta muy bonita, soy apasionada por el arte y la escultura.

Finally, the walk was quite productive; I was able to visit lots of places and spent quite a long time walking around taking photos, which also allowed me to learn about the history of each person or place, as that’s an important part of who we are and where we’re heading. I really enjoyed coming to this square dedicated to St Francis of Assisi and seeing his statue, which is very beautiful; I’m passionate about art and sculpture.
