Going shopping with my mum. | Ir de compras con mi madre.

Gratos saludos tengan todos mis queridos amigos de esta comunidad hermosa de Family&Friends en este Jueves ya casi se aproxima el fin de semana y quiero compartir con estedes esta salida de mi mamá.

Warm greetings to all my dear friends in this wonderful Family&Friends community. It’s already Thursday and the weekend is just around the corner, so I’d like to share this photo of my mum with you.

Amigos las salidas con mi mamá nunca estarán de más, ya que salir con mi mamá siempre es una aventura nueva y fascinante esta vez, ella me dijo que la acompañara al centro comercial metrosol que está bastante cerca de mi casa ya que al día siguiente iba a salir con mi papá, a un encuentro con sus amigos y quería estar bastante presentable, esta salida en particular de compras fue para poderse comprar unos zapatos o gomas tenis, así como también una linda cartera, ya que le hacía bastante falta, porque la de ella se encontraba bastante deteriorada, cabe destacar que mi mamá se demora un poco escogiendo.

Friends, I never tire of going out with my mum, as spending time with her is always a new and fascinating adventure. This time, she asked me to accompany her to the Metrosol shopping centre, which is quite close to my house, as she was going out with my dad the next day to meet up with his friends and wanted to look her best. This particular shopping trip was to buy some shoes or trainers, as well as a nice handbag, as she really needed one because hers was quite worn out; it’s worth noting that my mum takes a while to make up her mind.

En la tienda habían precios bastantes económicos, accesibles en las vitrinas, había una que los precios los tenía en 10 dólares y me parecían que estaban bastante económicos, estos eran diferentes tipos de gomas de noche para salir bastantes elegantes con piedrería, incrustraciones, entre otros, así como también se encontraban diferentes tipos, de bolsitos, pequeños para poder salir en las tardes, particularmente, esta zapatería me gusta mucho porque ofrece precios accesibles y también con cuentan con bastante calidad.

The shop had quite affordable prices, clearly displayed in the windows; there was one where the prices were $10, which I thought was very reasonable. These were various types of evening shoes designed for a stylish night out, featuring rhinestones, inlays and other embellishments, as well as different styles of small handbags, perfect for an afternoon outing, in particular, I really like this shoe shop because it offers affordable prices and the quality is also very good.

Mi mamá estaba bastante indecisa, ya que había unos zapatos blancos que le gustaban mucho le llamaban la atención y estos tenían mucha piedrería, a su vez también le encantaban los zapatos negros, ya que este es su color favorito, siente que tiene mayor durabilidad y mayor protección, así como también ofrece una elegancia bastante sofisticada, pero consideraba que los negros estaban mucho más sencillos. Ahí se demoró varios minutos para poder decidir por cuál opción seguiría o cuál era la más factible para ella.

My mum was quite undecided, as there were some white shoes she really liked that caught her eye, and these were heavily embellished with rhinestones; at the same time, she also loved the black shoes, as black is her favourite colour. She felt they were more durable and offered better protection, as well as exuding a rather sophisticated elegance, but she thought the black ones were much simpler. She spent several minutes there trying to decide which option to go for or which was the most suitable for her.

Mi mamá se decidió por los zapatos blancos que tenía mucho brillantes, consideraban que esto era lo más hermoso y yo también le di mi punto de vista, le dije que sin duda alguna estos se le verían mejor son versátiles elegantes, casuales, y pueden ser utilizados en cualquier ocasión sin duda alguna esta, tienda, piensa, en todas las personas y los comodos que pueden ser estos calzados para cualquier tipo de celebraciones a su vez aportan una gran elegancia ya que la mayoría de sus zapatos son bastante altos.

My mum chose the white shoes with lots of sparkles; she thought they were the most beautiful, and I gave her my opinion too. I told her that, without a doubt, these would look best on her – they’re versatile, elegant and casual, and can be worn on any occasion. Without a doubt, this shop caters to everyone, and these shoes are so comfortable for any kind of celebration; at the same time, they add a touch of elegance as most of the shoes have quite high heels.

Mi mamá se decidió por los zapatos blancos y compró una hermosa cartera, que esta tenía un costo de 10 dólares y consideraba que también estaba bastante económica, ya que la cartera en su interior tenía muchos compartimientos, esto es muy importante a la hora de poder salir y poder almacenar nuestras pertenencias en las carteras me sorprendió mucho ese precio, ya que considero que una cartera sí debe costar aproximadamente unos 30 dólares, por la que mi mamá logró irse con el combo completo los zapatos blancos y la cartera por un precio bastante accesible solamente gastó 20 dólares por las 2 cosas.

My mum went for the white shoes and bought a lovely handbag, which cost $10; she thought it was quite a bargain, as the bag had lots of compartments inside, which is very important when going out and needing to store our belongings in our bags. I was really surprised by that price, as I reckon a handbag should cost around 30 dollars, so my mum managed to walk away with the whole set – the white shoes and the handbag – for a very reasonable price; she only spent 20 dollars on both items.

Finalmente la pase bastante bien ayudando ami mamá a poder elegir lo que quería, realmente quedo satisfecha, contenta, feliz porque se fue juntamente con lo que necesitaba aún buen precio bastante accesible, es una bendición poder tener a mi mamá y poder realizar actividades cotidianas con ella la amo profundamente.

In the end, I had a really good time helping my mum choose what she wanted; she was truly satisfied, pleased and happy because she left with exactly what she needed at a very reasonable price. It’s a blessing to have my mum and to be able to do everyday things with her – I love her dearly.
