Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you are all well. Have you ever visited a place that you will never forget? In 2023, I visited Aceh. I visited a place that was quite sacred, where this was the last place for the victims of the tsunami that hit Aceh.

Indonesia was hit by a major tsunami in 2004, where there were thousands of victims who experienced the incident. One of the areas that I visited was the Ulee Ulheue Mass Grave. This place was a silent witness, the most sacred and the most heartbreaking of the Aceh tsunami.

For the size of the grave, I don't know. However, it is estimated that there are 14,000 bodies buried at the location. When I entered the location, when I entered the flight, there was a quiet atmosphere, full of honor, and it felt like this was a place of broadcasting and relaxation.

And it felt like there was a goosebumps that I couldn't explain, and everyone here cried and was moved when they came. Oh yeah, I also want to tell you that I went there to visit with several conference participants, both international and national participants.

The site is also a memorial monument where there are monuments and inscriptions. Oh yes, I also found a typical Acehnese house here. The monument and inscription were made to commemorate the victims of the tsunami. On the other hand, this place is also a collective memorial space for the families who lost their lives, especially those who were victims of the tsunami.

One thing that impressed me, the government also made this place a humanitarian education site. Where people or tourists who come to Aceh will always visit this place. For this place, visitors are also not introduced to tickets or any fees to visit.

Everyone who comes can freely pray for the victims of the 2004 Aceh tsunami. Every year, the government also holds a pilgrimage and prayer for the victims of the Aceh tsunami. This place is the most solemn place I have ever visited. That's all I can share, what do you think?
