My Journey to a New Place

There was a heavy downpour earlier today. The atmosphere was cloudy, the breezes were strong, and the cold was getting inside of me so much. On the other hand, my household loved the cold weather today because the weather has been hot lately.

On my journey today, I was skeptical about honoring the invitation from a good friend of mine to meet in her office for a business talk. I have never been there, but from her direction, the distance is far from my home. Noon came, and the rain stopped, so I set out to see her using Google Maps as my director. On arriving at the premises, wow, it was a beautiful place to behold.

I said to myself, Nigeria has beautiful places indeed, lol! On hearing her monthly salary, I wasn't so surprised about the building, but I cherish how amazing it looks.

I admire the palm tree planted beside the tall building;, it gives it such a pleasant look. The grasses look like artificial grass, but no, they were planted and are well taken care of. I couldn't help but test my photography skills using my cell phone.

I went further, exploring the premises before meeting my friend. I didn't take notice of where to pass or not until a security personnel instructed that I walk only through the yellow line. That's a rule over there, and it's nice and organized for such a big place.

I love how nature speaks through the environment. It was so calm and welcoming.

There wasn't a bright day today, and it reflected in my shots. Perhaps if I had an iPhone, it would have given me a brighter view.

I see this journey as an adventure, as I get to discover a new place today and feed myself with some information about the firm. The business talk with the friend was also a great moment. I'm so glad I made the move today and also got an opportunity to test my photography skills using my cell phone.

Please note: all pictures are mine, taken with my Redmi 10 phone.

I appreciate your time on my blog once again.

Thanks for your warm visit!

Nature is awesome and I love what I am seeing. You actually were good at taking those photos as they are neat and clear too. The weather here has been amazing too as it helps me sleep well without using my rechargeable mini fan.

Indeed, one thing the rain did was to calm the hot weather which is beneficial to many of us.
Thanks for stopping by
