My Actifit Report Card: February 8 2024

This morning, I chose to get up with a yoga session on the balcony. The sun rose gradually and everything was flooded with a soothing light, I surrendered to peace. I was stretching and taking deep breaths, the peacefulness is all over me without a trace of yesterday’s tension or stress. The nature’s background was the perfect environment to a calm setting. In the poses I was aware and appreciative, with an intention for that day. It was a pleasant way to salute the dawn and start it with auspiciousness for what would turn out an enriching one.
