No deseo dejarme parte de mi corazón en estas líneas, porque estoy muy segura de que si lo hago en tal día como hoy, se me darán las 12 campanadas (hora de Venezuela), teniendo en cuenta de que tenemos una gran diferencia horaria y yo me encuentro en España.

Así que comencemos, y por favor prohibido ponernos sensibles a esta hora, porque terminaré como siempre llorando antes de que se hagan las (5 pa´las 12).

Así que te invito a viajar hoy por mi mundo. Siéntete libre de poner tu música favorita de fondo mientras yo me desplazo entre líneas y fotografías de un país a otro, hasta llegar a ti y celebrar todos juntos el final de esta última noche 2022, dejando espacio suficiente para darle la Bienvenida con los brazos abiertos a este 2023, que estoy segura de que vendrá cargado de muchas enseñanzas y de nuevas oportunidades para todos.

Las siguientes fotografías que hoy les comparto han sido tomadas en paseos diferentes muy cerca de donde vivo, todas dentro de una misma comunidad, Galicia-España. Porque como ya lo deben de saber muchos, estos tres últimos años no he podido viajar tanto como me gustaría por motivos de salud. Pero lo bueno de todo esto es que hoy me encuentro mucho mejor y con unas infinitas ganas de seguir explorando cada rincón del mundo. Así que celebra junto conmigo si al igual que yo te encanta viajar y conocer nuevos lugares, pero celebremos el doble porque yo ahora estoy en remisión, lo que significa que no seguiré perdiendo más tiempo. La vida está frente a ti y tenemos que vivirla sin tener que seguir esperando mejor momento. Así que por ti y por mí ¡SALUD! 🥂

The following photographs that I share with you today have been taken in different walks very close to where I live, all within the same community, Galicia-Spain. Because as many of you may already know, these last three years I have not been able to travel as much as I would like due to health reasons. But the good thing about all this is that today I feel much better and with an infinite desire to continue exploring every corner of the world. So celebrate with me if like me you love to travel and see new places, but let's celebrate twice as much because I am now in remission, which means I won't be wasting any more time. LAGUNA DE LOS PATOS EN FOZ

A menudo me encuentro con senderos, montañas, y kilómetros de playa, como si de alguna manera la naturaleza por sí misma buscara de llamar mi atención. Pues sabe perfectamente que voltearé con mi cámara para admirar su grandeza y su majestuosa creación. Y por gracias de destino, Galicia posee las dos cosas que más me encanta del mundo, LAS PLAYAS y MONTAÑAS, con diferente tipo de verdes, dado que el clima por este lado es bastante frío, con una humedad que mantiene sus montañas vivas y llena de tanto color.

I often come across trails, mountains, and miles of beach, as if somehow nature itself is seeking to catch my attention. For it knows perfectly well that I will turn with my camera to admire its grandeur and its majestic creation. And by the grace of destiny, Galicia has the two things I love most in the world, BEACHES and MOUNTAINS, with different types of greens, since the climate on this side is quite cold, with a humidity that keeps its mountains alive and full of so much color.

PLAYA OS CASTRO

La fortaleza de este mar es siempre una carta de invitación para los más aguerridos. Desde el pescador que madruga cada mañana para adentrarse a sus aguas heladas para pescar y llevar así un sin fin de manjares a muchos hogares de España, como mis atrevidos surfistas que viajan desde otros países para abrazar las olas gigantes que suelen formarse por estas tierras tras cada temporal marítimo. Lo que es sin duda una total pasada para alguien como yo que ama los deportes extremos... aunque no les niego que extraño un CARACAS-MAGALLANES 🤣, creo que no hay nada más extremo que ver esos partidos con un magallanero al lado. (Para los que no saben, les cuento que es un partido de beisbol muy conocido por los venezolanos)

The strength of this sea is always a letter of invitation for the most hardened. From the fisherman who gets up early every morning to enter its icy waters to fish and bring endless delicacies to many homes in Spain, as my daring surfers who travel from other countries to embrace the giant waves that usually form on these lands after each storm at sea. Which is undoubtedly a total blast for someone like me who loves extreme sports... although I do not deny that I miss a CARACAS-MAGALLANES 🤣, I think there is nothing more extreme than watching those games with a magallanero next to you. (For those who do not know, I tell you that it is a baseball game well known by Venezuelans).

A esta hora ya me estoy tomando mi primera copa de ponche crema con mi música de fondo. Solo me hace falta la compañía de mi gente, pero sé, que se encuentran bien compartiendo y comiendo hallacas con sus respectivos vasos de ponche crema. Y yo desde la distancia solo puedo agradecer de que así sea. Porque el ver que ellos se mantienen unidos mientras yo falto, eso me reconforta, y hace que mis ganas por volar a verlos sean siempre mi aliento para seguir adelante. Pero mejor esa tecla no la toquemos, porque terminaré escuchando gaita venezolana. Y ya les cuento que la gaita gallega no tiene nada que ver con nuestras parrandas navideñas. Así que por ahora seguiré viajando junto a ustedes que, al igual que yo, están pegados a su ordenador.

At this hour I am already drinking my first glass of ponche crema with my music in the background. I only need the company of my people, but I know that they are fine sharing and eating hallacas with their respective glasses of ponche crema. And from a distance I can only be thankful that this is so. Because seeing that they stay together while I am away, that comforts me, and makes my desire to fly to see them always be my encouragement to move forward. But we better not touch that key, because I will end up listening to Venezuelan gaita. And I already told you that the Galician gaita has nothing to do with our Christmas parrandas. So for now I will continue traveling with you who, like me, are glued to your computer.
