Postcards from Hamburg 🇩🇪 [Eng][Esp]

Tricky place it is. Or at least the weather was.

The first #BuzzParty has left me with many satisfying experiences. I sit down to look at the photographs that enliven the memories of those days and I feel that I have so many things to tell that I can't find where to start. Many moments, many anecdotes and interesting people to thank.

So, before focusing again on the adventures this event left us, I want to share the images that the city gave us, calmly and quietly, while we strolled through its port and main attractions.

At the beginning of our first day together, the sky granted us a truce. It allowed us to enjoy a wonderful panorama from our "office" and appreciate, if only for a moment, how beautiful the city is when the sun rests on it.

Then that changed. The sky was cloudy and rains were constantly threatening, but to tell the truth, the good energies we had in the group of attendees to the #BuzzParty2024 made me almost not notice it, only the contrast between the first images I had captured that day with the following ones made me think about it.

Among those early images, there is one of the picturesque boats on the riverbank, I think it represents a lot of what the city breathes. Also, it was fun to find a boat named after @palomap3 and I tried to get a look at it, we had you in mind, Paloma :)

Then I thought the environment was perfect to remember it in grayscale, the natural colors are exciting, lots of brick and a very industrial style, but I had no way to take the photos the way I wanted, so it seemed more fitting to present in black and white the panorama that accompanied me.

Behind these images, there is a lot of history and curiosity. But in my case they were accompanied mostly by the perspective of @kiel91 and @anna-newkey , locals who gave me their memories and impressions of the city through the years, I felt very fortunate in their company and it was great to see that they spoke with passion about the things they knew.

I hope to go back and take the time to take the pictures as I like, with a little more tranquility and walking more calmly, I think the city has something that encourages me to return, I still don't know what, so it will be by returning that I will find out.

Es un lugar complicado. O al menos lo era el clima.

La primera #BuzzParty me ha dejado muchas experiencias satisfactorias. Me siento a mirar las fotografías que avivan los recuerdos de esos días y siento que tengo tantas cosas que contar, que no encuentro por dónde empezar. Muchos momentos, muchas anécdotas y gente interesante a la que agradecer.

Por lo que, antes de enfocarme nuevamente en las aventuras que nos regaló este evento, quiero compartir las imágenes que la ciudad nos regalaba ,tranquila y silenciosamente, mientras nos dejábamos pasear por su puerto y sus atractivos principles.

La verdad es que al comenzar nuestro primer día juntos, el cielo nos concedió una tregua. Nos permitió disfrutar de un panorama maravilloso desde nuestra “oficina” y apreciar, aunque fuese por un instante, lo hermosa que es la ciudad cuando el sol descansa sobre ella.

Luego eso cambió. El cielo se nubló y amenazaban lluvias constantemente, pero a decir verdad, las buenas energías que teníamos en el grupo de asistentes a la #BuzzParty2024 hizo que casi no me diera cuenta de ello, solo el contraste entre las primeras imágenes que había capturado ese día con las siguientes me hacían pensar en ello.

Entre esas primeras imágenes, está la del pintoresco barco a la orilla del río, creo que representa mucho de lo que se respira en la ciudad. Además, fue divertido encontrar un barco llamado como @palomap3 e intenté conseguir que se pudiera ver, te teníamos presente Paloma :)

Luego pensé que mi entorno era perfecto para recordarlo en escala de grises, los colores naturales son muy interesantes, mucho ladrillo y un corte muy industrial, pero no tenía forma de hacer las fotos como quería, así que me pareció más acorde presentar en blanco y negro el panorama que me acompañaba.

Detrás de esas imágenes hay mucha historia y curiosidades. Pero en mi caso fueron acompañadas sobre todo por la perspectiva de @kiel91 y @anna-newkey , lugareños que me regalaron sus recuerdos e impresiones de la ciudad a través de los años, me sentí muy afortunada en su compañía y fue genial ver que hablaban con pasión de las cosas que conocían.

Espero volver y tomarme el tiempo de hacer las fotos como me gusta, con un poco más de tranquilidad y paseando de forma más calmada, creo que la ciudad tiene algo que me anima a volver, aún no sé qué, así que será volviendo que lo averigüe.
