A jackdaw collects dry grass for its nest
On the way to the forest, on the river bank overgrown with grass, I saw two jackdaws. One jackdaw was collecting dry last year's grass, and the other was vigilantly examining everything around to warn the jackdaw that was collecting the grass about the danger.
I carefully approached them so as not to scare these birds. I succeeded. Apparently there was a lot of dry grass in this place and the birds did not want to fly away.
Apparently, they were going to build a nest for themselves to have offspring.
I tried not to disturb them and even wanted to pour some seeds for them, but then I changed my mind in order to distract them from collecting dry grass.
These birds treated me very well. They did not fly away and were busy with their business the whole time I was photographing them.
Apparently their desire to build a nest for themselves was very great and the weather was conducive to them, it was warm and dry.
Building a nest for them is a very serious task.
I tried not to disturb them because I understood that the birds were very busy building their home for breeding.
Amazing shoosttss! Looks like Ploceus

Отличный репортаж! Обожаю смотреть на фото, где птицы заняты чем-то.
