Hi guys. It's been a long time since I not posted on the Hive Blog. Today I'm sharing my story.

I lost my weight from 105 Kg to 75 Kg.

Last year and this year.

It is possible that I can lose excess fat without dieting. I exercise yes!! I just work out and choose what food to eat.

It took me over three months to lose excess fat. To be honest, at first it was really exhausting. But after being patient until the first 1-2 months are over, it's fine. it's very mentally tortured 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I reduce the amount of carbohydrates and fats I eat. I'm Replace it with the leafy vegetables and meat. Well, I used to eat 1 Kg of food per meal. I eat the same. But I recalibrated food for myself.

I use bicycles instead of cars and motorcycles. which I have been cycling for a year now, so good and fine.

Most importantly, I am a person who loves traveling and taking photos. That's why I like to bring my camera and ride my bike out to various locations. which is very far from my home.

Now I'm starting weight training to made muscle. Which I started 7 months ago. I'm only tired for 1 hour a day.

I don't have a trainer to help me. But I learned and studied weight loss from social media.

I just thought if I was patient and tried I could have done it...and now!! I can.

Thank you for visiting.

Losing weight and keeping it off is definitely a journey with ups and downs, and I can relate to the struggles you’ve described. Over the past year, I’ve been trying to create a consistent routine that balances meals, exercise, and daily responsibilities. While figuring out the best way to track my progress without feeling overwhelmed, I came across https://support.unimeal.com/hc/en-gb/articles/10988295604370-How-to-install-the-Unimeal-app-on-my-phone
in the middle of exploring tools that could make meal planning and tracking easier.

What helped me most was that it provided a structured yet flexible way to stay consistent, which made it much easier to follow through with healthy habits. Even small improvements, like logging meals and understanding portion sizes, added up over time and really boosted my confidence. Of course, there are days when I slip up, but having a system in place made it simpler to get back on track without feeling discouraged. Reading your story here reminded me how important persistence and patience are, and I thought sharing this might help others who are working on their own goals.
