At the beginning of March, the company I work for - neocoder.com - a Marketing Agency for web3. Rented a house on the edge of Praia do Sargi, in Bahia (Northeast Brazil), and invited management employees to work in person in front of the sea and replan actions in a more relaxed environment. Promoting thoughts outside our bubble and, above all, promoting team integration.

It was truly an incredible experience and soon I will also bring photos of the team and our daily moments of work in front of the beach. But today I want to bring you photographs that I took on one of the days I took the opportunity to photograph the sunrise on the beach.

Praia do Sargi has an incredible setting, surrounded by coconut trees. It is a long beach and at low tide it leaves a sheet of water at the edge of the beach that provides incredible reflections. Obviously, I took several images using this water mirror to reflect the incredible dawn sky.

Early on, there were already people walking on the beach and surfers going in search of the waves while there was almost no one in the sea. In fact, the beach has an open sea to the ocean, which provides quality waves for surfing. But it also makes the sea a bit dangerous for swimmers. You must always be aware, as there are several rip currents that change direction throughout the day according to the prevailing swell.

These are some of the photographs I took and I chose to bring today. I still have many photographs of this place and this trip, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to edit them. In any case, I promise to soon share with you all the beauties of this wonderful place.

Olá, meus queridos amigos.

No inicio do mes de Março, a empresa na qual trabalho - neocoder.com - uma Agencia de Marketing para web3. Alugou uma casa na beira da Praia do Sargi, na Bahia (Nordeste do Brasil), e convidou os colaboradores da gestão para trabalhar presencialmente de frente ao mar e replanejar as ações de em um ambiente mais descontraído. Promovendo pensamentos fora da nossa bolha e, acima de tudo,promover a integração da equipe.

Foi realmente uma experiencia íncrivel e em breve tambem trago fotos da equipe por aqui e de nosso dia a dia no trabalho. Mas hoje quero trazer fotografias que fiz em um dos dias em que aproveitei para fotografar o nascer do sol na praia.

Praia do Sargi tem um mcenário íncrivel, cercada por coqueiros. É uma praia extensa e que na maré baixa deixa uma lâmina de agua na beira da areai que proporciona reflexos incriveis. Obviamente, fiz diversas imagens utilizando desse espelho dágua para refeltir o céu incrível do amanhecer.

Logo cedo, já haviam pessoa caminhando na praia e surfistas indo em buscas das ondas enquanto não havia quase ninguem na água do mar. Aliás, a praia tem mar aberto para o oceano, o que proporciona ondas de qualidade para o surf. Mas também torna o mar um pouco perigosos para banhistas. Há que sempre estar atento, pois existem diversas correntes de repuxo e que mudam de direção no decorrer do dia de acordo com a ondulação predominante.

Estas são algumas das fotografias que fiz e que escolhi trazer para hoje, ainda tenho muitas fotografias deste lugar e desta viagem, mas infelizmente não tive tempo hábil para editar. De toda forma, fica a promessa de em breve compartilhar com todos voces as belezas deste lugar maravilhoso.
