Hello,
c'est parfois les moments les plus durs, ou le doute s'installe. mais c'est aussi ce qui permet de construire la matière, le cœur de son sketch.
Le plus difficile pour moi et pour certainement beaucoup de monde, c'est d'éteindre son cerveau, celui qui juge et de n'être que ce que l'on est vraiment.
Les psy nomment cela l'ego, même si on lui donne un autre sens. Ce fameux ego c'est toutes les peurs parce que notre subconscient nous rappel nos échecs, en fait il veut nous protéger en nous empêchant de revivre les erreurs du passé.
C'est pour cela qu'il faut répéter et répéter sans cesse, pour en arriver à oublier de se juger et juste être le plus naturel possible.
Le combat de toute une vie, et la récompense pour mon côté artistique c'est les applaudissements et les encouragements.
