Today I received a strange visit, it was an Iguana that appeared in the street and when we noticed it, we ran with the camera of the phone SAMSUNG GALAXY J7 NEO to take pictures.
The iguana stayed still for us to take pictures; although at one point she became defensive she did not move again, while I was with the phone in my hand (very nervous) and very close to her.
It was a magical moment, full of adrenaline, because I never imagined receiving a visit from the Iguana in the street, hahahaha. Then very quickly she ran and hid in a house that is currently unoccupied.
The heat these days has been unbearable, I imagine that being a cold-blooded reptile, I take advantage of the heat of the day to warm up and therefore came to visit the street.

El día de hoy recibí una extraña visita, se trata de una Iguana que apareció en la calle y al darnos cuenta de ella, corrimos con la cámara del teléfono SAMSUNG GALAXY J7 NEO para tomarle fotos.

El calor en estos días ha sido insoportable, me imagino que al ser un reptil de sangre fría, aprovecho el calor del día para calentarse y por ello vino de visita a la calle.
A muchas personas les gusta preparar comidas con la carne y los huevos de la iguana. Otras las tienen como mascotas en los árboles, donde forman su hogar y viven en colonia.

My friend, they are generally not dangerous, nor do they attack humans; only if threatened do they tend to attack with their tails. Iguanas feed on the leaves of trees. Most of the time they are up in the trees.

What size was this iguana?
my friend not including the tail was about 31 centimeters and from head to tail (full length) it was about 1.15 meters

I do I have a photo of a very green iguana I toon some years ago.
Iguanas are always on top of the ceiling of my house. Sometimes they drop to the backyard.

Not necessarily. They grow as big as the environment let's them.
That means that the iguana in the picture of this post with this size and these paws can also hang upside down on a ceiling. that is exciting.
Not sure I've seen an iguana doing such things. I guess it was my mistake for saying ceiling. Iguanas hang around on roofs since they need warmth to keep moving.
