This morning I went to the market to buy vegetables for my mother-in-law.

This morning after I dropped my youngest daughter off at school. I drove straight to the morning market about half a kilometer away. At 7:50 a.m. the roads are very clear. I drove comfortably and sang softly, hehe.
Soon I arrived at the morning market. Today, the market doesn't seem to have many vendors. I tried counting the shops and there were about You can get 15-20 shops. There are gift shops, dry food shops, vegetable shops, seafood shops, butcher shops, and there are also shops selling vegetables that locals grow and sell for 2-3 ringgit per bundle.
Vegetables here are quite expensive. Which I can understand because the cost of growing each type of vegetable is quite high, especially fertilizer. My house is also in an area where there are farmers who grow vegetables to sell.

I went to buy spring onions, coriander and taro. To prepare ingredients for tomorrow's cooking. The husband's siblings will return to visit their father who had knee surgery and is recuperating at home. And there are plans to cook food together this Saturday as well.

Sometimes I laugh at myself too. To be able to live in a foreign country like this. Because of my language background, I'm not very good at it. People here sometimes use English, Malay and Chinese to communicate with each other. There are times when I need to rely on Google Translate to communicate with people here. It was very challenging and fun and the people here were friendly to me. For example, today the merchant was unable to communicate with me. So I use google to help both sound and pictures communicate. It is exciting for me each day.
After getting all the required rest. I walked around and looked at other things. There was one more thing I wanted to buy: guava. But today there aren't any for sale.
