New Year, New Reflections | Entry for the Reflection Hunters Contest ~ Round 253
We've reached a new year, Reflection Hunters!
The achievements of this community did 2025 proud, allowing it to go out in peace, and thanks to that, we've reached 2026 with our heads held high, so get ready, my friends, we must continue the adventure of hunting reflections.
The great Reflection Hunters contest kicks off the new year with its 253rd round. This is a new beginning and the continuation of the hunting season.
It's time to get back to work, because the days are getting shorter and before we know it, we'll be on our way to 2027.
Finding exceptional reflections in this bright world is like finding gold in a mine. And every hunter is very lucky to find gold. This time, it's a very good time to act as a hunter, because these will be the first catches of the year 206. That will guarantee a very good year for the whole community.
If you're new here, all you need to know is that being a reflection hunter is the best thing about Hive.
Fortune lies on the other side of the reflection. Join the hunters' experience; I assure you that you will enjoy it immensely.
The reflections are out there, waiting for you. So keep your eyes open and take out your camera when you see fit.

📷 “First sunrise of a new year”
After the last night of 2025, the light of a better tomorrow shines brightly on the window of a parked car. It is a symbol of a better future, the sun radiating its light in good faith. The clouds move gently and harmoniously across the sky. Without a doubt, 2026 will be a promising year, and the first reflection of the sky is proof of that.

📷 “As seen through your window.”
When one door closes, another opens. It's a metaphor for how opportunities appear out of nowhere. When a hunter looks for a reflection in the window, he rarely stops to think that this is the ideal opportunity to capture a reflection.

📷 “The remains of a large puddle”
Not long ago, when I was a novice hunter, this was once a huge puddle of water that stretched along the road. But the drought has taken its toll, and now it has been reduced to the size of an ordinary puddle.
