Layers of mountains — Montañas en capas (En/Es) | PhotoFeed Contest - Landscape Photography
A visual effect that I like very much in landscape photography is when the mountains appear in layers. I tried to capture this effect in the photography that I share in this post. It was taken in Caracas (Venezuela) during the sunset, and we can observe at least four different layers of mountains.
I used the camera of a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, with the 10x zoom lens, which gives an equivalent focal length of 230 mm in the full frame format. The edition was done in Gimp.
Un efecto visual en la fotografía de paisajes que mucho me gusta es cuando las montañas aparecen como por capas. Es lo que traté de captar en la imagen que hoy muestro. Fue tomada en Caracas durante el atardecer, y se pueden observar al menos cuatro “capas de montañas”.
Para ello, utilicé la cámara de un Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, con el lente de 10x (que da una distancia focal equivalente a 230 mm en el formato de 35 mm). La edición la hice en Gimp.

Great shots. The mountain "layering" is a very cool photography subject. Here is one of my attempts at this discipline :) Taken somewhere in the Colombian Andes a couple of years ago. Oh man how much I miss Latam...
