Fruit sellers in Rio de Janeiro — Vendedores de frutas en Rio de Janeiro (En/Es) | PhotoFeed Contest - Street Photography

It is common in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) to have farmers’ markets of fruit and vegetables. They are organized in parques, squares and plazas. The photo that I share in this opportunity was taken in one of theses markets. The sellers show their products in improvised stands, the one in the figure sells bananas/plantains.

The photo was taken with the camera of an iPhone 4 and edited in Gimp. I also publish a black and white version.

En Rio de Janeiro (Brasil), es común que se organicen mercados de frutas y vegetales al aire libre en plazas y parques. La foto que muestro aquí fue tomadas en uno de estos mercados ambulantes y muestro un de los tantos tarantines improvisados, el de la figura en particular venden plátanos.

La foto fue tomada con la cámara de un iPhone 4 y editada en Gimp. También muestro una versión en blanco y negro.
