Antofagasta views at sunset — Vista de Antofagasta al atardecer (En/Es)
The photos of this post show views of Antofagasta taken during the sunset. This city of the north of Chile, is located at a long and narrow strip between the Pacific Ocean and the mountains. It is at the coast of the Atacama desert. Therefore there is no vegetation outside the city limits, as it can be seen in the arid mountains shown in the photos.
In the first photos there is the reflection of the strong light of the sunset on the windows of a building, this produces a nice effect in the photos. We can also see at the foreground a seagull flying around.
I also share black and white versions of the photos.
Las fotos de esta publicación muestran vistas de Antofagasta, tomadas durante el atardecer. Esta ciudad ubicada en el norte de Chile, se encuentra en una larga y estrecha franja entre el mar y la cordillera de la costa. Está ubicada en la costa del desierto de Atacama, por lo que fuera de la ciudad no hay vegetación, como se puede ver en la aridez de las montañas de las fotos.
En las primeras imágenes se observan el reflejo de los fuertes rayos solares del atardecer en las ventanas de un edificio, lo cual da un aspecto bien interesante a la fotografía, ademas pueden observar la gaviota volando en primer plano que quedo captada en la primera imagen.
También publico versiones en blanco y negro de las fotografías.
