My review of Amanecer's favorite coffee flavor☕☕☕

Today I want to share with you, my usual reviews of my purchases of new coffees, I bring you a brief description of the Favorito coffee, like all the coffees that I have reviewed, are made in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Araure, Portuguesa state, in the Quinta Asentamiento Campesino Guaimaral or Montañuela, local Granja Mariela, sector Sabaneta, elaborated by Inversiones TORREFACCIÓN del Café Compañía Anónima, belongs to the Amanecer group that offers a variety of products among them coffee, in past publications I had presented the DellaNonna coffee, which belongs to this group.

This Favorito coffee, as its packaging says, its beans are selected and produced with medium dark roasting, complying with strict quality standards, and fine grinding, it has a presentation of 50, 100 and 200 ground beans, its packaging is mostly red, with brown and yellow, white and black, the red color is always striking. As for the aroma, its fruity tone is enveloping, its color is attractive due to the medium dark roast and the flavor is pleasant to the palate, it feels good in my mouth, without sugar is the key, as I have always said in my reviews, most of the coffees that come from the state of Portuguesa, are good or relatively acceptable. I love to wake up every morning and prepare my morning ritual, it feels so good, boil the water, feel the sparkling bubbles, place my clothes for the brew, place a good portion of coffee, I have already told you that I like it strong or black and best of all feel the surrounding smells when I start pouring water into the strainer, see that intense brown color falling jet to jet, I particularly enjoy this ritual, it brings me tranquility and harmony in my being.

My first cup is a considerate portion, I have time without using my favorite cup because of the cysts in my breasts, I try to use my medium cups, for those who are not lovers, they will say it is an exaggerated portion, to them I say, you don't know what you are missing 😜, as you know, coffee is better appreciated without sugar, I have been drinking coffee for quite some time now without this sweetener, which in certain sciences, is a poison for the body, it is the fuel in a few words of cancer, we must reduce the consumption of sugars, our body works better without this deadly poison, let's also try to reduce the consumption of sweets in our children, there are studies that have shown that this is so. Everyone is free to do with his body what he pleases, I only give my advice, from the diagnoses that you have in my own body, after giving up sugar or lowering its consumption, I have felt better. My cysts have been decreasing and that is satisfactory.

This coffee, I acquired it in the Crabbaymarket shopping center in the city of Cumaná, Sucre state, accompanied by my sister Maleida, we were running errands after what happened with my niece and her daughter, although there was not much variety of coffee and most of them I have tried, I only need to try the Amanecer coffee, although I have not presented it through this medium the other coffees, I will try to do it. We were in mourning, and in those days it is impossible to take the dose that I had been consuming, there were many coffee consumptions, there I drank many cups, I lost count, how many I drank in those days, I felt that coffee gave me serenity and a lot of calm in the face of what we were going through.

I came tasting the coffee the day before the purchase, even with my eyes still swollen from having cried so much, I set out to prepare that coffee at home, with the usual ritual, although I confess, not with the same desire, I put water to boil, when it boiled, I immediately began my brew, the aroma began to take effect, I can say that this coffee is acceptable, it captivated me a little bit, but not that much, it is not my favorite yet, I will continue in the search for new coffees to review and look for the ideal one for me.
