Watching the sunset, fills me with good energy, my body is renewed and feels in harmony with nature and life itself, many times I go to this my favorite place, in the Muralla de Marigüitar and Cocalitos Beach to perceive this beauty, I do not know about you, but every time I live this experience, my body is satisfied, there is a synchronization between the two, where I perceive and receive their energies, which little by little I am strengthening my whole being.

El día martes, fui a dar un paseo con mi hija Sofía y nos fuimos a contemplar el crepúsculo en Playa Maigualida, fue una experiencia maravillosa, esperar y observar como poco a poco el sol se iba escondiendo para darle paso a la noche.

En esta playa, se puede apreciar unos lindos atardeceres con hermosos colores característicos de su puesta en marcha, a mí me fascina este tipo de actividades, ya que me reconforta el alma, no solo mirar por mirar, es contemplar el fenómeno en sí que me brinda la naturaleza para sentir su hermosura y candor.

Observar el ocaso, me llena de buenas energías, mi cuerpo se renueva y se siente en armonía con la naturaleza y la vida misma, muchas veces me voy a este mi lugar predilecto, en la Muralla de Marigüitar y en la Playa de los Cocalitos a percibir esta hermosura, no sé ustedes, pero cada vez que vivo está experiencia, mi cuerpo queda satisfecho, hay una sincronización entre los dos, donde percibo y recibo sus energías, que poco a poco me van fortaleciendo todo mi ser.
