Hello lovers of good coffee and drinks that nourish the soul, I hope you are well. Today I want to give my point of view from my own life experience, about my perfect way to make my favorite Latte @neilamarcano style, remember that the value of your drinks is given by you, you are the master and owner of those flavors that cause ecstasy on your palate and make you want more. I didn't want to keep it for myself and I'm glad to share it with you, have you ever prepared your own caffeinated drink your way, if you did, tell me how it went?

For quite some time, I have been consuming caffeinated drinks that are energizing for my life, I have tried Espresso, Black well loaded, Black light, Guayoyoyo, Frappuccino, Cappuccino, Latte, Mocaccino and recently I tried the Macchiato, All these varieties have their touch of charm in the life of caffeine lovers, I particularly like everything that has coffee, from sweets, desserts, drinks and why not food, I'll get to the caffeinated madness, hahaha. Since I was a little girl I have had a special bond with coffee, I owe everything to my grandmother, she gave me her gifts and techniques for its perfect preparation, I am very grateful to her for what I am today.

First of all, for those who do not know what a Latte is, it is simply a coffee with milk, for many years I thought that coffee with milk was different from latte, recently I realized that it was the same coffee, only that over time it was given a nicer name, both cases its preparation contains Espresso coffee or black coffee well loaded with whipped or frothy milk, with its sweetener of preference. As I have been studying this art for a long time, I have learned that the name for the different types of coffee is based on the ingredients that are used in its preparation, which I will explain in a future project.

My story begins with a decaffeinated afternoon, my neurons were asking for caffeine, as you know I can not drink coffee so late, it makes me insomnia, but the desire was so strong that I preferred to run with the consequences. Days before, I had bought several ingredients to prepare some meals and desserts, well, as the temptation to prepare coffee won me over, I had to minimize caffeine, it occurred to me to prepare the typical Latte, but I remembered that I had several types of milk and I let myself go by the inventor side that I have, hahaha.

Having everything in mind, now yes, hands to the Latte coffee, it is a very simple coffee to prepare, as I told you, it is an invention my way, you do not have to prepare it that way, I just wanted to experiment the sensation I had with the two milks: coconut and condensed. Ingredients to use

  • 125 milliliters of freshly brewed Black Coffee or Espresso coffee.
  • 125 milliliters of coconut milk or liquid milk.
  • 100 milliliters of condensed milk of your preference.

Preparation

  • Previously, prepare the pure black coffee or Espresso and if you have instant coffee, it goes well. Keep it very hot.

  • Almost at the same time take the coconut milk to heat a little and put it in the blender at full speed, I do it this way, since I do not have an electric mixer, if you have it great. Turn it off when the milk becomes frothy.

  • I like to keep the temperature perfect, that's why I try to do everything synchronized. Place the condensed milk in a large cup, in my case mine has a capacity of 400 milliliters of liquid, I love this volume.

  • Add the hot coffee, without stirring it.

  • Then we add the whipped coconut milk little by little, I like to add enough milk, so that the latte is not too pure, mix with the help of a spoon, if you like it sweeter, add your favorite sweetener, I did not add anything else, I do not like it very sweet.

That's it, we have finished our latte coffee in my style, now let's enjoy it.

This experience in this way, has left me with several pleasant sensations on the palate, when the two milks are mixed with the coffee, it provides an exquisite flavor, and the coconut milk flavor is unmistakable, if you want you can give it a touch of vanilla, it tastes great, I have already experienced it, hahaha. I recommend accompanying it with your favorite cookies or sweets.
