💃 Moving With the World 🌿

I love places that invite you to walk slowly, breathe deeply, and just be.
Standing here, surrounded by open space, water, and history, I felt that quiet energy that makes you want to move—not fast, not forced… just naturally.

As a teacher, I’m always thinking.
As someone who loves exercise, I’m always moving.
And as a dancer at heart, I listen to how my body reacts to a place.

Sometimes movement looks like a workout.
Sometimes it’s a long walk, feeling the wind, letting your steps find their own rhythm.
That’s also balance. That’s also self-care.

Travel reminds me that staying active doesn’t have one shape. It can be calm, graceful, and deeply grounding ✨
