Hello friends of Hive, I am pleased to join in a new opportunity to the Monomad Challenge one of my favorite challenges of Hive, because I am a lover of black and white photography. Today I want to share with you 3 urban type photographs, I hope you like them.

Hola amigos de Hive, me complace unirme en una nueva oportunidad al Monomad Challenge uno de mis retos favoritos de Hive, pues soy amante de la fotografía en blanco y negro. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes 3 fotografías de tipo urbano, espero les guste.

Traveling to the capital of my country was a great experience, there I was able to take many photographs of the city of Caracas, a city unknown to me and therefore, a space full of curiosities and new things to photograph. Among the different things are the buildings because in my hometown, there are no large buildings and those that exist, I have already photographed or do not offer interesting perspectives to show.

Viajar a la capital de mi país fue una gran experiencia, allí pude hacer muchas fotografías de la ciudad de Caracas, una ciudad desconocido para mí y por tanto, un espacio lleno de curiosidades y cosas nuevas para fotografiar. Entre las cosas distintas están los edificios pues en mi ciudad natal, no existen grandes edificios y los que hay , ya los he fotografiado o no ofrecen perspectivas interesantes para mostrar.

These glass-surfaced buildings seemed to me conducive to take to black and white because the reflections contribute to this type of processing, increasing the contrast of the image and highlighting the colors in the black and white spectrum, making the black color darker and the white brighter.

Estas edificaciones con superficie de vidrio me parecieron propicias para llevar al blanco y negro pues los reflejos contribuyen en este tipo de procesamientos, aumentando el contraste de la imagen y resaltando los colores en el espectro del blanco y negro, haciendo el color negro más oscuro y el blanco más brillante.

Perspective and balance is something I like to work on in image composition when photographing buildings. Whenever I walk through urban areas I always go in automatic mode, ready to capture any interesting building in my path.

La perspectiva y el equilibrio es algo que me gusta trabajar en la composición de la imagen al momento de fotografiar edificaciones. Siempre que camino por las zonas urbanas voy en modo automático, lista para capturar cualquier edificación interesante en mi camino.
