Saludos amigos de esta comunidad, no es un viaje, pero quizás para aquellos que logren algún día viajar a mi país Venezuela y mi amada Ciudad Bolívar, ya sabrían sobre alguno de los lugares de mi ciudad. Es como una guia para los turistas.
En la parte alta del Paseo Orinoco tenemos muchos espacios culturales como museos, escuelas de artes, música y danzas. También predomina en lo alto la Catedral Metropolitana.
Al lado de la catedral esta la Plaza Bolívar, en honor al Padre de la Patria Simón Bolívar, que creo en cada ciudad de Venezuela debe haber una.
Aquí existe una gran zona comercial que se llama Paseo Orinoco, ya que se encuentra muy cerca del Rio Padre Orinoco, por eso se llama o le decimos así.
En el tenemos en el centro del Paseo Orinoco un espacio grande llamado Mirador Angostura desde el cual podemos apreciar, admirar el Puente Angostura, el Rio Orinoco, la vecina población de Ciudad Orinoco, que antes se llamaba Soledad, la icónica Piedra del Medio. En el espacio techado se realizan exposiciones de artesanos, reuniones, y en el espacio al aire libre, donde esta el nombre de la ciudad, le decimos la plazoleta, donde se presentan espectáculos públicos, musicales, culturales, siempre rezando que ese día no llueva.
También es el epicentro de la zona comercial mas grande de toda la ciudad, donde hay muchos comercios con centros comerciales, entidades bancarias, tiendas de ropa, calzados, librerías, ventas de comida rápida.
El Paseo Orinoco como dice se divide como en sectores como el comercial, con su gran Malecón en la parte delantera y en la parte de atrás esta el Jardín Botánico, donde están las paradas de todos los transportes públicos que por ahí transitan, desde buses, carritos, camionetas, moto-taxis.
Al lado del Mirador Angostura esta La Cocuyera, asi le dicen, parece una playa, por la arena, se ven grandes rocas, todo esto es posible cuando el rio esta bajo, pero cuando esta alto nada de esto se ve todo queda bajo las aguas del Rio Orinoco, esto pasa mas que todo en esta época, la cual la aprovechan los pescadores, para hacerse al rio a pescar unos desde atarrayas, en botes o con un nylon con anzuelo.
Hay otro lugar dentro de este Paseo Orinoco, que es el Puerto de Las Lanchitas, pequeñas embarcaciones que es un medio de transporte marítimo muy usado por las personas que vienen desde Ciudad Orinoco a Ciudad Bolívar o lo contrario, bien sea por trabajo, estudio o diligencias varias. Eso de pasar por el rio debe ser una aventura que aun no lo he hecho.
También si llegamos al Café Angostura que esta en un alto, desde ahí podemos enamorarnos de los atardeceres, que son una maravilla.
Así y muchas cosas mas hay en mi ciudad natal Ciudad Bolívar, del cual no es aburrido de ir las veces que sea, porque es hermoso.
