El icaco.

No se si muchos conoceran esta fruta pero en Venezuela se llama ICACO, que una vez le tome una foto mas de cerca y un amigo penso que era un Melocoton, ojala, pero no le dije es un Icaco.

Es un fruto que no es muy comercial y su arbol tampoco es muy comun, es dificil encontrar quien tenga este arbol y el fruto.

Su sabor si se los explico, no me entenderian, deberian de probarlo si tienen la oportunidad, porque no es dulce, no acido, amargo, es diferente pero no es desagradable, pero la gente lo prefiere mas en el dulce, jalea o mermelada.

Tambien tienes sus beneficios y propiedades para quienes lo comen, como antioxidantes, combate o retrasa el envejecimiento y la inflamacion.

Tengo la suerte que en fundo de la abuela hay dos arboles, cuando es cosecha recogemos y mi abuela hace dulce.

I don't know if many know this fruit but in Venezuela it is called ICACO, I once took a closer picture of it and a friend thought it was a Peach, hopefully, but I didn't tell him it is an Icaco.

It is a fruit that is not very commercial and its tree is not very common, it is difficult to find who has this tree and the fruit.

Its flavor if I explain it to you, you would not understand me, you should try it if you have the opportunity, because it is not sweet, not sour, bitter, it is different but it is not unpleasant, but people prefer it more in candy, jelly or jam.

It also has its benefits and properties for those who eat it, such as antioxidants, fights or delays aging and inflammation.

I am lucky that in my grandmother's farm there are two trees, when it is harvest time we pick and my grandmother makes candy.
