Day Enjoy The Beach/ Un Día para Disfrutar de la Playa

Hola hivers, espero estén saludables y sean prósperos en sus vidas, hoy es un día importante, para agradecer a Dios por todas las cosas maravillosas que nos brinda, por estar sanos, vivos y por tener un propósito en la vida. Pienso que todos estamos en este mundo por un propósito, aunque muchas veces nos cuesta identificar cuál es.

Cada vez que puedo aprovecho para recargarme de las energías buenas de la naturaleza, de llenarme de su buena vibra, es una sensación mágica que me recuerda cuan maravilloso es Dios y los grandes paraísos naturales que nos dejó en la tierra 😁.

Me cuesta salir y echarme una escapadita porque siempre ando ocupada de aquí para allá, o el dinero me limita bastante, pero en esta oportunidad todo se dio para que pudiera ir a disfrutar de la playa y no iba a perder esa oportunidad.
Por lo que preparé mi bolso y me fui a disfrutar del sol y del agua salada, es diferente en todo sentido el sol del que nos quejamos a diario, a ir especialmente a la playa y broncearnos, se disfruta completamente diferente.

Hello hivers, I hope you are healthy and prosperous in your lives, today is an important day to thank God for all the wonderful things he gives us, for being healthy, alive and for having a purpose in life. I think that we are all in this world for a purpose, although many times it is difficult for us to identify what it is.
Whenever I can I take the opportunity to recharge myself with the good energies of nature, to fill myself with its good vibes, it is a magical feeling that reminds me how wonderful God is and the great natural paradises he left us on earth 😁.
It's hard for me to go out and have a little getaway because I'm always busy going from here to there, or money limits me a lot, but this time everything was given so I could go and enjoy the beach and I wasn't going to miss that opportunity.
So I packed my bag and went to enjoy the sun and salt water, it is different in every way the sun that we complain about every day, to go especially to the beach and get a tan, it is completely different.

Aproveché para comer pescado frito y otros productos del mar, porque también leí que una persona suele deprimirse cuando tiene niveles bajos de Omega 3 y le falta a su cuerpo recibir sol y tener contacto con las energías de la naturaleza, así que esto era para mí, ya he experimentado lo que es depresión y créanme que es un estado al que no quiero volver ni de chiste.

En esta oportunidad visité en compañía de unos amigos una playa de las islas de Mochima, sería un paseo de solo un día, pues debíamos cumplir con otras actividades y al final de cuentas, estábamos "trabajando", pero aun trabajando pudimos aprovechar y tomarnos un día para ir a la playa y luego cumplir con nuestras responsabilidades.

Me gusta el mar, es realmente hermoso, y a su vez misterioso y profundo, puede llegar a ser inofensivo y a su vez muy peligroso, así que disfruto de él, pero le guardo mucho respeto y no abuso de mis límites.
Tenía algo de tiempo que no venía a la playa, así que hoy es un día especial, un día para agradecer a un Dios bueno que me sostiene y cuida de mí y de los míos.

I took the opportunity to eat fried fish and other sea products, because I also read that a person tends to get depressed when they have low levels of Omega 3 and their body lacks sun and contact with the energies of nature, so this was for me, I have already experienced what depression is and believe me it is a state to which I do not want to return even as a joke.
This time I visited with some friends a beach on the islands of Mochima, it would be a one day trip, because we had to fulfill other activities and after all, we were "working", but even working we could take advantage and take a day to go to the beach and then fulfill our responsibilities.
I like the sea, it is really beautiful, and at the same time mysterious and deep, it can be harmless and at the same time very dangerous, so I enjoy it, but I have a lot of respect for it and I do not abuse my limits.
I haven't been to the beach for some time, so today is a special day, a day to thank a good God who sustains me and takes care of me and my loved ones.

Es increíble la cantidad de bellezas naturales que tenemos en nuestro país y cuando estamos frente a ellas, nos quedamos maravillados solo de verlas, es la misma gracia de Jesús puesta en nosotros, en nuestro país y que muchos no se dan cuenta.
Estoy feliz de haber nacido en esta tierra llena de gracias, de ser venezolana, y seguir apostando día a día a mi país y a su maravillosa naturaleza, a la calidez de su gente, de sus playas, cómo está que estoy disfrutando el día de hoy, es realmente maravillosa.

Les invito a cuando tengan la oportunidad de echarse una escapadita y disfrutar del mar, donde puedan nadar, estar en contacto con las olas de la playa, caminar por la orilla descalzos con la arena húmeda, inténtenlo, verán que es una experiencia maravillosa, llena de buena vibra que nos hace mucho bien. It is incredible the amount of natural beauty that we have in our country and when we are in front of them, we are amazed just to see them, it is the same grace of Jesus put in us, in our country and that many do not realize.
I am happy to have been born in this land full of graces, to be Venezuelan, and to continue betting day by day to my country and its wonderful nature, to the warmth of its people, its beaches, like the one I am enjoying today, it is really wonderful.
