Trip to the small tourist village of Hatillo through the Hari nama San Kirtan singing program

Yesterday was quite a busy day, full of some walks due to the initiative of the Hari nam San Kirtan, which is a program that the hare Krishnas devotees do that consists of going out to the street to sing devotional songs in groups and distribute some food offered to God. It has been a week in which every day they do this program of singing in the street, but I had not been able to attend any of them due to weather and rains, but yesterday, which was the last day, everything conspired properly so that I could attend.

The previous days, the Hari nama had been in places in the same city, not too far away, but coincidentally, the last day of this special program, was scheduled to be held in El Hatillo, which is a tourist town away from the city of Caracas. I had never been to this place before, so I found it exciting and quite convenient to record the tour with some photographs.

This town is a kind of colonial town adorned with very well structured businesses in houses that were once standard in the place, that is, they are like old houses remodeled to make restaurants or bakeries. When I arrived I found this blue place, I think it was a restaurant, I thought it was quite beautiful because well, I love the color blue, it is one of my favorite colors.

After we parked, we started with the singing, I was relatively involved in the activity because I was mostly dedicated to take pictures. As we went along I saw more and more attractive businesses, it really is a beautiful town with a wonderful tourist attraction.

We continued moving towards the Bolivar square of El Hatillo, I thought it was quite a beautiful square for a town, of course, we are talking about an extraordinary tourist town. There we sat down for a while to chant the holy names of Krishna, the people received it very well, that is to say, nobody left the square upset because we had arrived ha,ha,ha,ha.

In front of the square there was a small church that looked like the churches you usually draw when you are 5 years old, it seemed to me a simple but touching structure.

After staying for a while in the square, we decided to walk around the block to go a little deeper into the place and reach more people, then I took the opportunity to take some more pictures before we left. Since we were in a group and really the reason for the trip was not for a walk but for the Hari nama program, I did not think it was very wise to go into the stores to take pictures or buy things, so, humbly, I show you this trip from this perspective.

And finally, I want to show one of the sculptures that I have found along the way that I have come to like the most, the cul is a bull sculpture that I found in that walk around the block we were doing. It looked like it was made of paper, but it was metallic, the effect and the iridescent colors of the sculpture were really beautiful.
