Nature, sun and rain. A journey through the natural contrasts of an artificial environment

Greetings, dear reader! Welcome to this segment of walks through some beautiful corners of nature within the city.

I hope I didn't sound like a bad TV host with those first words of welcome, anyway, I just wanted to open a door to something I quite enjoy and love to record in this Hive space: walking. I know that many times I won't do the best walks to the most extravagant places, but I guess I try and many times I manage to get something beautiful out of the simple.

Today I went out with my mother-in-law and my partner to do some shopping and visit some friends in order to borrow a peso, since @indumukhi needs to be monitoring her weight for the "morphosis challenge" here at Hive, so I took advantage of some small moments to capture some beautiful presences of nature along the way. I forgot to take a group photo this time, but hey, you can still enjoy it.

The day was a bit cloudy in the sky, the weather had the intention of generating rain, the good thing is that thanks to that, the walks are somewhat more pleasant, since yesterday there is not so much sunlight and it is much cooler to walk.

As I said, I like to capture the nooks and crannies of nature within the artificial shape of the city. Fortunately, there are several cities here that are quite integrated with nature, although in my personal opinion, I wish there were more trees in this city, it would be great someday to try to plant some. Anyway, we are in the rainy season, so there is a little more cold and humidity in the environment, which allows us to find some beautiful mushrooms between sidewalks and corners. I think there is a mushroom community here in Hive, the thing is that I didn't find many mushrooms either, I rarely do, so I thought it was a good contrast to show this part with the exhibition of these majestic mushrooms, including a small park I found and some nice bamboo.

Afterwards, we passed right in front of the José Pérez Colmenares stadium, a very active stadium by the way, games are always taking place there. I've never been inside, actually because I'm not a big fan of ball games heh heh, but it's still interesting to observe its structure.

The truth is that I passed by this place a couple of times, one time it was cloudy and even raining a little, and the other time it was when the sun came out. Here the weather is quite changeable, from one moment to another it can go from rainy to sunny, they are two sides of the same weather he, he, he. As a curious fact, the second time I went through the stadium, this time alone, I ran into the old man who appears in the photo of the trip with the mountains, I know it is not very noticeable but he is there, the old man was a homeless man who tried to attack me immediately I took the picture, of course, I did not attack him because the truth was an old man and seemed quite helpless, I sent him blessings and I left as if nothing, he did not try to follow me thank goodness.

Here are some photos of some beautiful mountains that can be seen from the stadium itself and in which the old homeless man that I mentioned (:

Do you like dogs? Me too! In the house of the friends we visited they had a beautiful puddle named "Rosalía". I've known this dog since she was very little, I'm very fond of her, I think she always recognizes me when she sees me, so I took advantage of her friendliness, something that not all animals have, to take a picture with her.

Finally, I went by myself to pick up some money I was owed in a park just ahead of where we were. By this time the sun was out, and I think the photos were brighter. When it rains and then the sun comes out, the environment acquires a unique brightness, everything becomes like a crystal bathed in sunlight, perhaps because everything looks wet, although it also gives a little more heat due to the steam that makes the water with the hot ground and the strong sun.

You had a nice contrast during the walk... The sun and the rain, city and "wilderness", concrete and mushrooms... :)
Thanks for sharing!

I have picked this post on behalf of the @OurPick project which will be highlighted in the next post!
