Climbing the mountain with sunset energy to meet with a good friend

Last Saturday was a day trip to the mountain. The idea came from an invitation from some friends, in a very spontaneous and unexpected way, they wrote us in the middle of the day to ask us if we were interested in going up to the mountain with a group of other friends, as I haven't been out much lately I said yes. Of course, we had arranged for 4 pm, we would meet at the house of those friends who invited us at that time and then we would go hiking in the nearby mountain, the bad thing was that we were a little late and we ended up going up almost at 6 pm; that's because we were waiting for other guys who arrived late.

We had to cross some road at the beginning to get to the entrance of the mountain. We weren't very involved with the group as there were many people with whom I didn't relate much in the past, and well, the friends who invited me were focused on talking to each other, anyway, I didn't give it a thought and went ahead enjoying the things I found along the way; one of those things was this sculpture with tubes that was on a bench to sit on, I think it's a beautiful woman with a hat and sunglasses with a bird on her shoulder, holding a sunflower.

It was pretty sunny that afternoon, it's been very hot days, so I burned my face a bit to take this last picture xD so appreciate my effort.

The view was something wonderful, it is one of the many things I enjoy when climbing the mountain, besides breathing fresh air and seeing nature of course, although I must confess that in this part of the mountain there was a lot of dirt and loose clay, there are parts of the mountain that have more humidity, but here there was a lot of dust and it gave me allergies.

Arriving at the final goal of the mountain, which is a place where people can rest and drink water from a nearby stream, we met some friends, such as guacharacas and a small capuchin monkey named Emilio, he was a very friendly and affectionate being, he accompanied us for a while and some of the guys in the group played with him.

When we finally decided to leave the mountain, it was already quite late, it was interesting to go down a mountain in the middle of the night, I had not done it for a long time, so I took the opportunity to take a picture of the city from the height and the darkness.
