@tonyes, hi, looking up feels so good. I do it because I love watching the sky, its colours, the clouds and their formations that always speak to me. And also because, in that simple act, I entrust myself to the Universe and its energy, the most positive there is—so that everything aligns in favour of my goals. And I believe you’ve done that beautifully. A walk in good weather, breathing among trees, is deeply rewarding for both body and mind. We need to seek, within our everyday lives, those small things that fill our souls with joy, and focus on them.
