The girl said Hello and without asking she sat next to me. I looked at her briefly as if I didn't care, and handed her the beer I just opened.

–It doesn't matter, –I thought out loud. I don't like strangers, but sometimes I'm with the stranger that is myself...

She smiled. She had a goddess smile.

I could see that out of the eye-corner, because I kept looking at the bushes and cayenne flowers after signaling the waiter to bring me another drink.

The place was nice, and cool, surrounded by greenery and good vibes, cushions here and there on rustic benches, hammocks also, and side tables happily improvised on anything that stood firm. Nice place, I repeat, and suddenly it became even enigmatic.

I have gotten used to not expecting anything from anyone. I feel like I'm happier this way. I also take care to speak. I mean, I try not to talk, and if I do, only what is necessary.

Truly, I had nothing to say to this girl. She didn't say anything either, which seemed strange to me, because everyone talks non-stop, about anything. And the worst thing is that the topics are always the same.

–Thank you –she whispered. Then I turned my face. Our eyes met.

Well, the girl was like me, or was tired. She had a bicycle identical to mine and was thirsty because the beer had disappeared in less than 5 minutes.

I saw her walking away from me with her bicycle and that... gaze. I said goodbye in silence, left some bills on the table, the empty beer can, and walked to this fountain.

This tree is very close to the fountain. Fun fact: I recently discovered that this fountain is called Paulina's Bidet. My mother was responsible for bringing me out of my ignorance. I admit it.

Havana residents jokingly began to call it that because whoever ordered its construction in 1945 did so in a fit of power, and on occasions she (Paulina Alcina) was seen acting as first lady without being the wife of the president at that time.

We are in front of the Sports City. This fountain is at the roundabout that connects Avenues 26, Boyeros and Vía Blanca. This one that I show you is 26th Avenue and there you can go to many places, but I will mention the Frontón, where I like to play racquetball, Nuevo Vedado Zoo and El Cocinero restaurant that fascinates me, the one that it is next to the Cuban Art Factory.

I already told you the funny name of the fountain, but it's also known as the Luminous Fountain. Sorry, I don't have any pictures of it at night. Maybe one day I'll take some... 🤔 I wonder if they still turn it on...

But I have no doubt that she is hot! I found her inside the Sports City, ready to jump fences and cross that roundabout area like crazy just to get into the water.
Maybe someone can accompany me to buy some swimwear for this lady.
